1st of all, i would like to take this opportunity to thank Adrian Wong aka Adrian RojakPot for having me as a guest at his BBQ party in Kelana Mahkota (opposite Kelana Centrepoint) on Saturday nite by the poolside. He is a well-known figure among IT people. His greatest achievement to me, is the ‘BIOS Optimisation Guide’ which is very much a hit all over the world. I had an opportunity to meet him personally, n i must say what a humble person he is. Even though me, the ‘don’ n ‘acedriver’ were feeling a little bit awkward attending a social gathering, where we r the only 2 Malays; but we all share 1 thing in common. The love of techs, gadgets n games n not forgetting football. I must say that I indeed enjoy myself. What with the free food n nice n peaceful atmosphere n being circled by enthusiast in the IT field.

Fast forward to 12 midnight at Karaoke KTV, Plaza Ampang in Jalan Ampang. We all had booked a 3-hour karaoke session, Medium-Room 118. There were 11 of us. Even though it was quite a hassle getting to the place, what with the climbing of i think 4 flights of stairs. So when I entered the room, I had to composed myself n catch my breath before started singing. We were also recording the event on Dedee’s camcorder. Cant wait to watch the footage, n hope that it would be uploaded to Youtube for the whole world to see how stupid n crazy we were.

At first, there were rounds of applause for each other, to encourage us to sing like theres no tomorrow. When my turn came, I sang the song "Suratan atau Kebetulan" by Kenny, Remy n Martin. This song is rather old, but I was hooked to the newer version sang by Premelodic. Since it was quite sumtime ago, my last karaoke-ing session with my cousins in JB, n Rafidah’s birthday party in Bangsar, U can say I was having butterflies in my stomach. Signs of nervousness n "peluh jantan" creeping in were evident. But I sang quite OK, even though I know I was quite monotonous. The theme of the night were mostly oldies Malay songs, with quite a number of Indonesian n also a few nasyid songs, which made us ‘insaf’ for awhile. I think the funniest moment was the "Bangau oh Bangau" song. What a load of crap by the Senario fellas. Memang Aku Memang. WTF… U have to be there to understand the joke. We were laughing our asses off. With the funny lyrics n even funnier video clips to match the already funny guys from Senario.

Actually I only requested 2 songs. Another song was by Aris Ariwatan, "Cinta Tak Kenal Siapa". If I recall correctly, this song was famous when I was in Form Four, during those glory days of ‘cinta monyet’ n honeymooning from school. It was a song, telling how hard it is to confess ur love for that sum1 special. Lucky these days, we have the Internet, YM n SMS to express our love. No more old-school confessing face-to-face for me I guess. I was never an expert in that n never will. My last 2 or 3 love flings have all been confessed thru SMS & YM. How un-romantic n robotic I have become.

Other songs that i sing along, was "Aku Takkan Melupakanmu" by Radja n "Isabella ‘98" by the quartet of Amy, Jamal, Zamani n Saleem. The English songs were "Uptown Girl", "Flying Without Wings" n finally "Creep". Well for me, I have no problem singing (or rather screaming) from the top of my lungs, but the pitching is so very out. It must have been from those times watching football at the stadium n the advantage of becoming a goalie in futsal; where I like to shout at others. As I write this blog, Im still recuperating from a sore throat. Guess I have to wait a couple of days before regaining my original voice.

Overall, we had a thoroughly enjoyable time. One of the best of All-Time i guess. It was so action-packed, that even a trip to Genting or PD pales in comparison. Before this, the activity that we had done together with this huge number of crowd was playing futsal or going for a ghost trip. But this was so different. I strongly believe that this could be turned into a weekly or at least a monthly affair, budget-permitting. It was all thanks to Faris, for doing the booking n even for the idea that he presented to us during 1 of our lepaking session.

So to all those who made the event a success last night; namely Faris, Lokman, Ekhwan, Dedee, Ed, M3me, Fader, Iqbar, Usop n Tuah, lets cherish the moment for the rest of our lives. HOpefully, when we grow old, n still lepaking together-gether like the "Geng Gagak", we can look back to this night n laugh ourselves to death.

-Menyanyi kerana gembira, menyanyi kerana sedih, menyanyi kerana rindu, aduh siapa dapat membaca hatiku saat ini-

Memang x dinafikan bahawa orang kawin ni ada musim2 dia, especially among malays. Nak2 before raya, time cuti skolah, time cuti panjang. Mak aku pun malam semalam dgn malam ni, sibuk jadi MC utk orang kawin. Dia memang power ar PR dia, lagipun dia speaking perfect london, tu yang high demand utk servis dia. Dapat angpow & makan free lagi. Maklumlah mak aku ni, ex cikgu skolah. Dulu Seapark dgn Damansara Utama dia pegang ar. So nanti, aku kawin, xyah ar upah MC. hehe.

2 minggu lepas, ex jiran aku kawin. Sori weh syafiq, aku x dapat dtg. Dgr umah ko besar gila, siap ada swimming pool & lif dalam umah. Nenek ko best ar ada lif. Pasni parking pun dh xde problem ar umah baru ko. Kalo x, parking nak bersepah je. Entah2 kalo keta ilang pun x sedar, sebab parking bersepah. Bak kata Ed, kalo beli kancil byk2, parking sampai kedai Kean Fatt pun xde hal. Last 2 weeks pun, 2nd kazen aku, anak sedara Ibrahim Saad lak wat reception kat TTDI. Pastu last week, pakcik aku yg kematian isterinya pun get married gak, wat kat UPM.

Then next month, kazen aku lak kawin. Dgn "Dak Man" bak kata nenek aku. "Dak Man" tu sebnarnya singkatan untuk Budak Jerman. Boleh ar kak normi speaking jerman pasni. Aku tahu perkataan achtung je. Tu pun sebab byk sgt main Medal of Honor. Ni kalo kawin mix ni, mesti anak lawa. Mata kaler biru/hijau, rambut blonde. Mintak2 ada sedara-mara mahupun kawan2 "Dak Man" ni ada yg lawo2 n single available ala2 Claudia Schiffer. Hehe. Sminggu basah weh. Aku pun minat gak kat Jerman football team, x tau kenapa. So secara x langsungnya, minat gak ar kat orang Jerman. Dulu skolah menengah aku pun dekat dgn jerman international school. Nampak ar ramai dak2 kecik jerman yg cute2 belaka.

So dalam familia aku, aku sorang je ar yg blum berumahtangga. Blum sampai jodoh gamaknya. Orang kata jodoh ni, kena rajin usaha baru dia dtg. Xpe. Pelan2 kayuh beb. Kang kawin awal2 tapi x hepi, x puas enjoy susah gak. Yang baya aku, baru brapa kerat je yg aku ingat dah kawin. Awin, Mamat, Husswan Hadi, Ida, Normaina. Ada lagi kot tapi aku x ingat sgt. Kawin ni pun ongkos nye besar, so kena menabung byk2, baru bleh pk pasal kawin. Kang x pasal2, kena tanggung utang keliling pinggang sebab overspend time kawin. Dah tambah tolak salam kaut pun, negatif lagi. Parah ar jawapnya. Xpe, laki kawin lambat xpe. Datuk K pun rilek je kawin dgn CT yg 20 tahun gap. XD

pussycat dolls turun maysia perform kat sunway. hoho. ingat lagi last aku g tgk shaggy, mr lobak2 time dia famous dgn angel & it wasnt me. esoknya main bola padang, trus hancur main bola. suma shaggy nye pasal. pastu kaki aku lak injured, 2 minggu jalan tehencot2. dah ar semester baru nak stat time tu. nak kata lagu PCD ni sedap, xde ar sedap sgt. cuma seksi lebih2 je kot.tapi aku rasa diorang ni pun jadi mcm spice girls gak nanti. bila masing2 dah famous, mula ar stat gaduh lah, nak popular lebih lah, nak buat solo album lah. n aku rasa most artis pun pasti akan kejar glamer & duit selagi masih popular.

dah ramai dah artis maysia buat’breakaway’ ni. awie, amy, yantzen, nash, ella. ramai sebnarnya nak sebut. artis barat pun 2×5 gak. wat happen to the good old days, aerosmith, u2 rilek je betahun2 lamanya tahan. chino pun rilek je dgn deftones tu. cuma diorang dah mellow sket la. dah x rapcore cam dulu2. dah xde idea ke deftones ni? apa2 pun white pony still the best. mana ilang baju dia aku simpan, pun aku x tau. kena makan dgn lipas gamaknya.

baju slipknot people=shit aku pun dah bezaman x pakai apatah lagi baju soulfly. dah tua ar aku ni. kasut old skul pun dah ilang.AF lak aku tgk cam dah x meriah je cam dulu2. suma cam pressure sgt nak perform. dah x fun macam season2 lepas.

asyik kena kritik kaw2 je diorang ni. final ni sapa menang, pun dah x feel dah. dah ilang seri gamaknya AF4 ni. aku pun dah byk ilang touch dgn perkembangan muzik terkini. dah x stim dgr lagu2 baru. lagu old skul gak best. like they said, "old school is the new school". STP, soundgarden, pearl jam, metallica, smashing pumpkins, nirvana. gila gempak weh diorang time 90’s dulu. skrang suma nak lagu hip-hop je. tapi gempak siut bila rock + rap cam jay-z dgn linkin park; collision course. anyway, all this is made possible by the song walk the way. without that song, rap & rock would never see eye 2 eye.

apa2 pun artis ni kena dgr kot lagu CYpress hill, Rock superstar. betapa senangnya seseorang tu nak naik, tapi nak maintain status superstar tu yg payah. sekelip mata, nama ko bleh ilang dari mata peminat. so sabtu ni kitorang pun bakal melakar sejarah sebagai superstar di kalangan kitorang. mari kita tgk suara sapa paling sedap. til next monday wif the nex update. dah sampai balik feel aku nak wat blog ni. chill out dude. XD

-Dont hate the player, hate the game-

Kehidupan selepas World Cup… Sedar x sedar, welkap di Germany telah meninggalkan kita lebih dari 2 minggu, di mana final telah berlangsung pada 9 Julai di mana Itali telah mengalahkan Perancis dengan sepakan penalti. Game ini akan sentiasa diingati disebabkan insiden Zidane meng’headbutt’ Materazzi. Sampai sekarang, masih timbul tanda tanya mengenai inisiden itu, tapi maybe we are looking at the solution too much rather than looking at the problem itself.

Sekarang, tiada lagi lepak saji sampai subuh, ingat lagi game Argentina vs Mexico, balik rumah dah subuh siut. Gila ar. Pastu tdo 2-3 jam, dah tejaga balik. Tiada lagi; game kul 11, aku dah tepacak depan projektor saji kul 9 menunggu budak2 lain. Aku sebnarnya kesiankan Ekhwan, memandangkan mata dia ni special sket, tu yg aku reserve seat paling depan skali tu. Tiada lagi Maxis antar SMS kul 7 pagi, bagitau result previous day.

Tapi sekarang, dah lebih kurang 3 minggu welkap abis, kehidupan terasa sedikit kosong. Saji pun dah kembali normal. Kalo x siap kena tutup jalan, nak accomodate penyokong ‘instant’ yang tiba2 ramai time welkap. Rindu lak rasanya nak g tgk wayang. Lama siut x g, sampai dah lupa bila last aku g. Kalo x dulu, aku mesti kumpul tiket stub saja buat kenangan. Sekarang, suma tgk vcd/dvd x pun donlod je dari intenet. Abis crite. Pader, minggu ni Entiti 2, Superman & Pirates & udang2 jgn lupa weh.

Wiken aku skrang pun, x berapa byk aktiviti. Kalo orang gaji datang umah, memang byk ar keje kena buat. Tapi aritu bejaya gak g The Curve buat pertama kalinya. Dulu penah g Ikea dgn Kak Intan (Ekhwan minat ar dia ni, padahal umur beza 15 tahun dgn ko), tapi ikut dia. Sabtu ni lak, ada bbq kat kelana puteri/putera? untuk budak2 1337. Aku sebnarnya xde ar 1337 sgt, still very much a noob. O_o Pastu kata nak g karaoke eh? Slamba weh Faris… Lama siut x g. Dah nyanyi ni kena ar ada pengkritik. Sapa nak jd pengkritik nanti?

Dan x dilupakan Keong, member setia aku ni. Apa aku suruh dia buat, insyaallah dia akan laksanakan. Maybe ahad ni kot g makan cheesy bites dgn dia. Sori weh, sabtu x free ar. Yeop, wiken ni parents gua xde weh kat umah. Mana dak kerinchi ke bangsar ke??? Kalo x pun, lepak umah makcu pun ok gak. Umah dia 2 bilik kosong. Ok ar tu. Sorang 1 bilik. Nak tdo beramai2 pun ok gak kot.

Ok ar. Usop aku dah tunaikan permintaan ko. Anyway, sori ar wedding abang ko wat kat BP, x dpt g kot. Jauh siut. Parents aku pun mcm x g je. Sori weh…

lama siut x update blog. maybe sibuk dgn welkap kot. anyway aritu, aku telah pergi ke muzium shah alam untuk menyaksikan "Pameran Misteri Hantu, Jin, Keranda & …….".

Pada mulanya kitorang dapat saksikan volkswagen kaler kuning. Rasanya volks ni ada kena-mengena dgn mitos yang kononnya, kalo ko tgh driving kat hiway tengah2 malam, dan telah memintas sebuah kereta, selang beberapa kilometer berikutnya, kereta yang sama ko pintas lagi skali. hohoho. gila siut. kalo aku yg nampak, memang lagi laju ar kete BCS. hehe.

Pastu ada ar sudut yang menempatkan 2 ekor hantu pocong, yang dilepaskan didalam sangkar. menurut kata mereka, hanya orang2 yang ‘bernasib baik’ saja yg bleh nampak hantu tesebut. dan ternyata kami bukan golongan orang yg ‘bernasib baik’ pada mlm tu.

Seterusnya, makhluk2 ghaib yang telah ‘dibekukan/dipasung’ on display. Ada jenglot (betina/jantan/ular), nyai blorong, langsuir (kepala), hantu cheongsam dll. Aku bukan x percaya pada benda2 ni, cuma belum ‘bernasib baik’ kot utk ketemu makhluk2 ciptaan tuhan ini. bak kata pepatah, "seeing is believing".

So kesimpulannya, sapa2 nak tengok hantu2 ni 1st hand, g ar muzium shah alam tersebut. Cuma jgn g on wiken, ramai gila orang. & bagi aku, harga tiket x berbaloi dgn pameran tersebut.
